1. Agreement

By accessing Wavebridge Institute, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the services.

3. Purchases and access

• Self‑paced courses include 12 months of access.
• Live cohorts include 6 months of access to materials and recordings.
• Licenses are for named learners and may not be resold or transferred without consent.

4. Refunds

• Self‑paced: full refund within 7 days if less than 20% of content is completed.
• Live cohort: refund up to 7 days before the first session.
• To request: contact support via the contact page with your order ID.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to re‑identify anonymized data or bypass access controls.
• Do not share content publicly without permission.
• Do not use our materials to build deceptive interfaces or illegal schemes.

6. Intellectual property

Courses, templates, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Limited license is granted for personal or team use according to your purchase.

7. Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is”. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes. Always test and validate in your own context.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable course(s) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in‑product notices. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
